Professional and immaculate cleaning of your house or apartment respecting sensitive and precious materials and furniture/valuable items. You can choose between a regular cleaning, spring cleaning or cleaning upon request.

You want to go out for a night? You have been invited for a dinner or a party? We will take care of your children, from babies to teenagers. We have some great nannies and make sure that your children will have a good time.

When guests depart and new clients arrive on the same day we provide an efficient and perfect service including cleaning, linen change and inventory check. We will keep your calendar of bookings, make sure that change-overs are well planned and keep you updated on the reservations.

When new guests arrive, we will be at the house to greet them, hand over the keys and give them a tour of the apartment or house. If required we can arrange a meet & greet service at the airport

We will welcome your guests at your home at the agreed time and show them through the entire property detailing all of the amenities and your house guidelines. We will ensure they know how to manage every aspect of your home.  We will carry out the end of stay Inspection to ensure there has been no damage and you will know your property will be in the same condition upon arrival and departure of clients.

Once this has been completed to our satisfaction, we will notify you so you can arrange the return of your guest security deposit.

  • Property Services when you are away

We take care of the running of your French Riviera property, second or rental home whilst you are away.

On a regular basis we will conduct visits to your house and make sure that everything is secure and in order. We will empty your letterboxes, check on water and electricity consumption. After storms we check within 24 hours for electrical power cuts and any damage to the house and garden.

Visiting your property to report damage in case of any significant storms or heavy wind

  • Maintenance Management

With our local network of professional and skilled handymen we will ensure prompt and proper repairs and maintenance.

    • Sourcing quotes for minor and major renovations including management during those repairs to make sure everything is done correctly and to your satisfaction
    • Negotiating quotations, arranging access for plumbers, painters, electricians and any other suppliers
